A Personal Message from Dr. Coyle
All too often it’s the practitioner who gets all the information about a patient, while the patient gets little or no information about the practitioner. To help you decide if I’m someone you’d like to work with, I’d like to share a little of my background with you.
I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York and graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the New York Chiropractic College in 1994. After graduating, I practiced alongside my father (Dr John Coyle) until his 80th birthday, at which point he retired from Chiropractic. After my father's retirement, I then went on to open an office on Sheridan Drive in Williamsville in the Town of Amherst, where I currently practice.
Throughout my career I’ve taken many continuing education courses to keep up with cutting edge modalities and techniques which encompass the areas of nutrition and the many aspects of healing including mental, emotional, energetic and physical. From this knowledge, I always encourage patients to implement a healthy lifestyle (i.e. exercise, proper nutrition and positive thinking) in addition to their chiropractic treatments.
My inspiration to begin a career in Chiropractic came from a lifelong education in the area of Chiropractic. Since my early childhood, my father would give me chiropractic adjustments whenever I had ailments such as a colds, stomachaches, headaches or pain from sports injuries. In my twenty’s, while listening to my father and brother discuss chiropractic treatments, I developed a much better understanding of why I was always given chiropractic adjustments. From a lifetime of chiropractic experience, I’ve found that being a chiropractor is my “true calling” in life. Now, as a Chiropractor myself, I have the great privilege of helping others feel better, improve their health and enhance their lives.
In my present office, I try to create a peaceful and light-hearted atmosphere for all ages to provide the feeling of “a true healing place”. Many of my patients tell me how much they enjoy their visits and the office atmosphere especially because I take the time to listen and address their concerns. Patients often wonder why they waited so long to seek out treatment especially after finding the chiropractic experience at Coyle Chiropractic to be such a positive one.
If you’re in pain or have other ailments that may be of concern, please don’t delay in contacting my office at 716-834-5862 or by emailing me directly at: DrBarb@CoyleChiropracticWNY.com
Whether you’re 1 or 100, I look forward to helping put you on a path to a healthier you.
Yours in Good Health,
Dr. Barbara A. Coyle
